Procedure

To achieve the best results, clean the weld area thoroughly and remove any fatigued or cracked metal. For thicker materials, use a bevel with a 60-90° included angle U. A stringer bead technique with the shortest possible arc length is recommended for a precise and consistent finish. For optimal performance, use DCRP (DC +), which ensures a good ripple and clean finish.
